Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 9 Akta Perwakilan Kuasa Tahun 1956, Saya, Dato’ Seri Diraja Mohd Tajol Rosli bin Ghazali, Menteri Besar, Perak dengan kebenaran Raja, dengan ini mewakilkan kepada Pengerusi Jawatankuasa Perbandaran dan Kerajaan Tempatan, bagi menjalankan kuasa-kuasa atau melaksanakan tugas-tugas yang diletakhak pada saya sebagai Menteri Besar, Negeri Perak di bawah peraturan 3(a), peraturan 6(a)(b) dan peraturan 7(a), Peraturan-Peraturan Eksais (Kawalan Todi dan Kedai Todi)

DELEGATION UNDER SECTION 9

In execise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Delegation of Powers

Act 1956, I, Dato’ Seri Diraja Mohd. Tajol Rosli bin Ghazali, Menteri Besar of Perak, with the approval of the Ruler, hereby delegate to The Chairman of

Urbanisation and Local Government to exercise the powers or the performance of such duties conferred upon me under rule 3(a), rule 6(a)(b) and rule 7(a)

of Excise (Control of Toddy And Toddy Shops) Regulations 1977.
