Section 21
(1)
Notwithstanding subsection 20(3), the provisions of that section shall apply to a Government employee or an employee of a
Government organization or enterprise unless otherwise provided by rules or regulations of such Government organization or enterprise.
(2)
In this section, “Government” means the Federal Government or a State Government.
