Section 21
The principal Act is amended by substituting for section 33
the following section:
“Examination of Register and copies of or extracts from
Register

Section 33
(1)
Any person may make a request to the Registrar to examine the Register or to obtain certified or non-certified copies or extracts from the Register, in the form as determined by the Registrar together with the payment of the prescribed fee.
(2)
In this section, “person” includes the Federal Government and a State Government.”.
