Section 88 of the principle Act is amended—

(a)
in subsection (1), by deleting the words “or the Corporation”;
and
(b)
by substituting for subsection (2) the following subsection:
“(2) The procedures of appeal under subsection (1)
shall be made in accordance with the rules of court in civil matters.”.
