25. Designated place of assembly

The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, designate any place to be a designated place of assembly.

(2)
For the avoidance of doubt, any person who organizes or participates in an assembly held at a designated place of assembly shall have the same responsibilities as an organizer and a participant under sections 6 and 7.
