PELANTIKAN AHLI LEMBAGA PERTUBUHAN KESELAMATAN SOSIAL

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 59B

Akta Keselamatan Sosial Pekerja 1969 [Akta 4], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) Jadual sebagai ahli Lembaga Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial di bawah peruntukan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) dengan kedudukan sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (4).

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE SOCIAL SECURITY ORGANIZATION BOARD

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 59B of the

Employees’ Social Security Act 1969 [Act 4], the Minister has appointed the persons named in column (2) of the Schedule as members of the Social Security

Organization Board under the provisions specified in column (1) in the capacity as specified in column (3) for the period specified in column (4).
