Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(b), (d), (e), (f) dan (g)
Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011 [Akta 732], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dan pegawai awam yang memegang jawatan yang disebut dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai anggota Majlis sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2)
berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Februari 2025 hingga 30 September 2026.

APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF THE NATIONAL WAGES CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 5(1)(b), (d), (e), (f) and (g) of the
National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister has appointed the persons named and the public officer holding the post referred to in column (1)
of the Schedule as members of the Council as described in column (2) with effect from 1 February 2025 to 30 September 2026.
