- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(b), (d), (e), (f) dan (g) Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011 [Akta 732], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dan pegawai awam yang memegang jawatan yang disebut dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai anggota Majlis sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Februari 2025 hingga 30 September 2026.
