Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1)
Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Encik Ahmad Fauzi bin Sungip sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan bagi tempoh mulai 25 Mac 2024 hingga 24 Mac 2027.

Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1)
of the
Competition
Commission
Act 2010
[Act 713], the
Prime
Minister, upon the recommendation of the
Minister, has appointed
Encik Ahmad Fauzi bin Sungip as a member of the Competition Commission for the period from 25 March 2024 until 24 March 2027.
