- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Encik Ahmad Fauzi bin Sungip sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan bagi tempoh mulai 25 Mac 2024 hingga 24 Mac 2027. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Encik Ahmad Fauzi bin Sungip as a member of the Competition Commission for the period from 25 March 2024 until 24 March 2027.
