- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Encik Thiyagu Ganesan sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan bagi tempoh mulai 16 Jun 2025 sehingga 15 Jun 2028. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Encik Thiyagu Ganesan as a member of the Competition Commission for the period from 16 June 2025 to 15 June 2028.
