PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 dan subseksyen 5(1) Akta Lembaga Lebuh Raya Malaysia (Perbadanan) 1980 [Akta 231], Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (2) dan (4) Jadual Pertama sebagai anggota dan anggota silih ganti Lembaga di bawah peruntukan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan masing-masing dalam ruang (3) dan (5). Pembatalan Pelantikan 2. Pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua sebagai anggota Lembaga yang disiarkan dalam Warta dalam ruang (2) adalah dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). Preamble

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 and subsection 5(1) of the Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 [Act 231], the Minister has appointed the persons named in columns (2) and (4) of the First Schedule as members and alternate members of the Authority under the provisions specified in column (1) for the period specified in column (3) and (5) respectively. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the persons named in columns (1) of the Second Schedule as members of the Authority published in the Gazette in column (2) are revoked with effect from the date specified in coloumn (3). 3
