APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT

OF MEMBERS AND ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsections 4(1)

and 7(1)

of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Minister has appointed the persons named in columns (2) and (3)

of the First Schedule as members and alternate members of the Board respectively under the paragraphs specified in column (1) for the period specified in column (4).

Revocation of appointment 2.

The appointment of the persons named in column (1) of the Second Schedule as members and alternate members of the Board as published in the Gazette as specified in column (2) are revoked with effect from the date specified in column (3).
