- IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 5(1)(e) and (f) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister appoints the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule as members of the Council as described in column (2) for the period as specified in column (3). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Mohd Farid Shah bin Mohd Basir as the member of National Wages Consultative Council representing employers as published in the notification of Appointment of Members of The National Wages Consultative Council [P.U.
