PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(d) dan (e) Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011 [Akta 732], Menteri melantik pegawai awam yang memegang jawatan dan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai anggota Majlis yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh dan bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 5(1)(d) and (e) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister appoints the public officer holding the office and persons named in column (1) of the Schedule as members of the Council described in column (2) with effect from the date and for the period specified in column (3). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of the Director of the National Budget Office, Ministry of Finance as a member of the Council representing the public officers as in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Member of the National Wages P.U. (B) 674 3 Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 210/2020] published in the Gazette on 22 April 2020 is revoked with effect from 1 August 2021.
