Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(a),

(d)

(e)

, (f) dan (g) Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011 [Akta 732],

Menteri telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dan pegawai awam yang memegang jawatan yang disebut dalam ruang (1) Jadual Pertama sebagai anggota Majlis yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh dan bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3).

Pembatalan pelantikan 2.

Pelantikan pegawai awam yang memegang jawatan dan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual Kedua sebagai anggota Majlis sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam Warta yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3).

APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS OF

THE NATIONAL WAGES CONSULTATIVE COUNCIL

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraphs 5(1)(a),

(d)

(e)

, (f) and (g) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister has appointed the persons named and the public officer holding the office referred to in column (1) of the First Schedule as members of the Council as described in column (2) with effect from the date and for the period specified in column (3).

Revocation of appointment 2.

The appointment of the public officer holding the office and the persons named in column (1) of the Second Schedule as members of the Council as published in the Gazette specified in column (2) are revoked with effect from the dates specified in column (3).
