- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 5(1)(f) Akta Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara 2011 [Akta 732], Menteri telah melantik Jeffry Faizal bin Kamaruddin sebagai anggota Majlis yang mewakili majikan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Jun 2026 hingga 30 September 2026. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Loh Hang Pai @ Low Heng Fong sebagai anggota Majlis yang mewakili majikan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota Majlis Perundingan Gaji Negara [P.U. (B) 364/2024] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 17 September 2024 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 24 Februari 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(f) of the National Wages Consultative Council Act 2011 [Act 732], the Minister has appointed Jeffry Faizal bin Kamaruddin as a member of the Council representing the employers with effect from 1 June 2026 until 30 September 2026. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Loh Hang Pai @ Low Heng Fong as a member of the Council representing the employers in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Members of the National Wages Consultative Council [P.U. (B) 364/2024] published in the Gazette on 17 September 2024 is revoked with effect from 24 February 2026.
