- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Suruhanjaya Persaingan 2010 [Akta 713], Perdana Menteri, atas syor Menteri, telah melantik Wan Mohd Rosdi bin Wan Dolah sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan bagi tempoh mulai 15 September 2022 hingga 14 September 2025. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dato Dr. Madeline Berma sebagai anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Anggota Suruhanjaya Persaingan [P.U.

- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 5(1) of the Competition Commission Act 2010 [Act 713], the Prime Minister, upon the recommendation of the Minister, has appointed Wan Mohd Rosdi bin Wan Dolah as a member of the Competition Commission for a period from 15 September 2022 to 14 September 2025. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dato Dr. Madeline Berma as a member of the Competition Commission in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of a Member of the Competition Commission [P.U. (B) 560/2019] published in the Gazette on 4 November 2019 is revoked with effect from 4 September 2022. [KPDN.100-1/1/8; PN(PU2)705]
