- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(1) Akta Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1973 [Akta 105], Menteri telah melantik Dr. Mohd Nor Zamri bin Mat Amin sebagai Ketua Pengarah Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 19 April 2023. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Tuan Haji Kamaruzaman bin Othman sebagai Ketua Pengarah Lembaga dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga [P.U. (B) 488/2022] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 14 Oktober 2022 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 20 Disember 2022. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(1) of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Minister has appointed Dr. Mohd Nor Zamri bin Mat Amin as the Director General of the Board with effect from 19 April 2023. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Tuan Haji Kamaruzaman bin Othman as the Director General of the Board in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Director General of the Board [P.U. (B) 488/2022] published in the Gazette on 14 October 2022 is revoked with effect from 20 December 2022. [MPIC.KTK(S).500-3/4/3 (14); PN(PU2)129/JLD.12]
