- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(1) Akta Lembaga Perindustrian Kayu Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1973 [Akta 105], Menteri telah melantik Encik Saiful Bahri bin Salleh sebagai Ketua Pengarah Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2024. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dr. Mohd Nor Zamri bin Mat Amin sebagai Ketua Pengarah Lembaga dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Ketua Pengarah Lembaga [P.U. (B) 298/2023] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 28 Julai 2023 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Jun 2024. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(1) of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Minister has appointed Encik Saiful Bahri bin Salleh as the Director General of the Board with effect from 1 August 2024. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dr. Mohd Nor Zamri bin Mat Amin as the Director General of the Board in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Director General of the Board [P.U.
