- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013 [Akta 757] dibaca bersama dengan subseksyen 1(8), Menteri telah melantik pegawai Seksyen Pesuruhjaya Bangunan, Bahagian Penilaian dan Pesuruhjaya Bangunan, Perbadanan Putrajaya yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai lain bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya bagi maksud mentadbirkan dan menjalankan peruntukan Akta berkuat kuasa mulai 2 Januari 2025. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Khairul Hisham bin Azazian @ Azizan sebagai pegawai lain bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya melalui P.U. (B) 197/2017 yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 18 April 2017 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Februari 2024. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757] read together with subsection 1(8), the Minister has appointed the officers of the Commissioner of Buildings Section, Valuation and Commissioner of Buildings Division, Perbadanan Putrajaya named in the Schedule as other officers for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya for the purposes of administering and carrying out the provisions of the Act with effect from 2 January 2025. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Khairul Hisham bin Azazian @ Azizan as the other officer for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya by P.U. (B) 197/2017 as published in the Gazette on 18 April 2017 is revoked with effect from 15 February 2024. P.U.
