PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 8A
Akta Lembaga Pelesenan Kenderaan Perdagangan 1987 [Akta 334], Menteri melantik
Mohd Shuaib bin Ahmad sebagai Pegawai Lembaga berkuat kuasa mulai 8 Jun 2025.
Pembatalan pelantikan 2.
Pelantikan Rafidah binti Abdullah sebagai Pegawai Lembaga sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 367/2022 pada 12 Ogos 2022 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 8 Jun 2025.

APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF BOARD OFFICERS
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 1987 [Act 334], the Minister appoints
Mohd Shuaib bin Ahmad to be a Board Officer with effect from 8 June 2025.
Revocation of appointment 2.
The appointment of Rafidah binti Abdullah as a Board Officer as published in
P.U. (B) 367/2022 on 12 August 2022 is revoked with effect from 8 June 2025.
