- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Agensi Pelaporan Kredit 2010 [Akta 710], Menteri telah melantik Idwan Ariff bin Abdul Rahman sebagai Pendaftar Agensi Pelaporan Kredit berkuat kuasa mulai 20 Mei 2024. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Salsuriya bin Selamat sebagai Pendaftar Agensi Pelaporan Kredit dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Pendaftar Agensi Pelaporan Kredit [P.U. (B) 297/2021] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 25 Mei 2021 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 5 Februari 2024. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 [Act 710], the Minister has appointed Idwan Ariff bin Abdul Rahman as the Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies with effect from 20 May 2024. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Salsuriya bin Selamat as the Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies [P.U. (B) 297/2021] published in the Gazette on 25 May 2021 is revoked with effect from 5 February 2024. [MOF.PPK(S)500-2/12/13; PN(PU2)706/IV]
