APPOINTMENT AND REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT

OF REGISTRAR OF CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1)

of the

Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 [Act 710], the Minister has appointed

Idwan Ariff bin Abdul Rahman as the Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies with effect from 20 May 2024.

Revocation of appointment 2.

The appointment of Salsuriya bin Selamat as the Registrar of Credit Reporting

Agencies in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Registrar of Credit Reporting Agencies [P.U. (B) 297/2021] published in the Gazette on 25 May 2021 is revoked with effect from 5 February 2024.
