PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(c) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed the Social Welfare Officers named in column (1) of the Schedule as the Registrars for Persons with Disabilities for the States specified in column (2) with effect from the dates specified in column (3). Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Hezleen binti Hassan as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur in the Appointment and Revocation of Registrar for Persons with Disabilities [P.U. (B) 333/2020] published in the Gazette 3 on 21 July 2020 is revoked with effect from 12 April 2021 and the appointment of Nor Tipah binti Majin as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Pahang in the Appointment of Registrar [P.U.
