- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(c) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Khairul Amri bin Ahmad sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Pahang berkuat kuasa mulai 1 April 2024. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Siti Noor Hasma binti Mat Isa sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Pahang dalam Pelantikan Pendaftar [P.U. (B) 125/2024] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 2 April 2024 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 April 2024. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed Khairul Amri bin Ahmad as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Pahang with effect from 1 April 2024. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Siti Noor Hasma binti Mat Isa as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Pahang in the Appointment of Registrar [P.U. (B) 125/2024] published in the Gazette on 2 April 2024 is revoked with effect from 1 April 2024. [JKMPU800/01/15/1/JLD 6; PN(PU2)668/JLD.4]
