- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(c) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Ahmad Tarmidi Nawawi bin Abdul Razak sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Kedah berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Julai 2026. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Zakaria bin Taib sebagai Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya bagi Negeri Kedah dalam Pelantikan Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya [P.U. (B) 322/2025] sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 29 Ogos 2025 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 31 Julai 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(c) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed Ahmad Tarmidi Nawawi bin Abdul Razak as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Kedah with effect from 31 July 2026. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Zakaria bin Taib as the Registrar for Persons with Disabilities for the State of Kedah in the Appointment of Registrar for Persons with Disabilities [P.U. (B) 322/2025] as published in the Gazette on 29 August 2025 is revoked with effect from 31 July 2026. [JKM.PU.100-1/14/22 JLD.1; PN(PU2)668/JLD.4]
