- MENURUT subseksyen 6(1) Akta Persatuan Nelayan 1971 [Akta 44] dibaca bersama subseksyen 6(3), Menteri telah melantik Encik Hamdan bin Mamat sebagai Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Oktober 2023. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Encik Yusoff bin Othman sebagai Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan yang disiarkan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Pendaftar Persatuan Nelayan [P.U. Preamble
- PURSUANT to subsection 6(1) of the Fishermen’s Associations Act 1971 [Act 44] read together with subsection 6(3), the Minister has appointed Encik Hamdan bin Mamat as a Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations with effect from 1 October 2023. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Encik Yusoff bin Othman as a Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations as published in the notification of Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Registrar of Fishermen’s Associations [P.U. (B) 543/2021] on 3 November 2021 is revoked with effect from 13 April 2023. [KP/LA/483/3; PN(PU2)99/III]
