- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 45(4) Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik Jumirah binti Marjuki menjadi Pengerusi Lembaga Rayuan bagi tempoh mulai 30 Jun 2026 hingga 29 Jun 2029. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Azhaniz Teh bin Azman Teh sebagai Pengerusi Lembaga Rayuan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Pengerusi dan Timbalan Pengerusi Lembaga Rayuan [P.U. (B) 296/2024] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 1 Ogos 2024 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 6 Februari 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(4) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Jumirah binti Marjuki to be the Chairman of the Appeal Board for the period from 30 June 2026 to 29 June 2029. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Azhaniz Teh bin Azman Teh as the Chairman of the Appeal Board in the notification of the Appointment of Chairman and Deputy Chairman of the Appeal Board [P.U. (B) 296/2024] published in the Gazette on 1 August 2024 is revoked with effect from 6 February 2026.
