- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) dibaca bersama subseksyen 1(8) Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013 [Akta 757], Menteri melantik Dato’ TPr. Fadlun bin Mak Ujud sebagai Pesuruhjaya Bangunan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Jun 2022. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Datuk Muhammad Azmi bin Mohd Zain sebagai Pesuruhjaya Bangunan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan Pesuruhjaya Bangunan dan Timbalan Pesuruhjaya Bangunan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Pesuruhjaya Bangunan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya [P.U. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) read together with subsection 1(8) of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757], the Minister appoints Dato’ TPr. Fadlun bin Mak Ujud as the Commissioner of Buildings for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya with effect from 1 June 2022. P.U. (B) 206 4 Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Datuk Muhammad Azmi bin Mohd Zain as the Commissioner of Buildings for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya in the notification of Appointment of Commissioner of Buildings and Deputy Commissioner of Buildings and Revocation of Appointment of Commissioner of Buildings for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya [P.U.
