PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(1) dibaca bersama subseksyen 1(8) Akta Pengurusan Strata 2013 [Akta 757], Menteri melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual untuk memegang jawatan yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3). Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Dr. Fary Akmal binti Osman sebagai Pesuruhjaya Bangunan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan dalam pemberitahuan Pelantikan dan Pembatalan Pelantikan Pesuruhjaya Bangunan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan [P.U. (B) 10/2020] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 7 Januari 2020 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 8 Oktober 2021 dan pelantikan Haji Rithuan bin Haji Mohd. Ismail dan Gilbert Chin Hsing Lin sebagai Timbalan Pesuruhjaya Bangunan bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan dalam Pemberitahuan Pelantikan Pesuruhjaya Bangunan, Timbalan Pesuruhjaya Bangunan dan Pegawai bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan [P.U. IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(1) read together with subsection 1(8) of the Strata Management Act 2013 [Act 757], the Minister appoints the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule to hold the posts specified in column (2) with effect from the dates specified in column (3). P.U. (B) 405 3 Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Dr. Fary Akmal binti Osman as the Commissioner of Buildings for the Federal Territory of Labuan in the notification of the Appointment and Revocation of Appointment of Commissioner of Buildings for the Federal Territory of Labuan [P.U. (B) 10/2020] published in the Gazette on 7 January 2020 is revoked with effect from 8 October 2021 and the appointment of Haji Rithuan bin Haji Mohd.
