- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 20(1)(b) Akta Orang Kurang Upaya 2008 [Akta 685], Menteri telah melantik Sunarni binti Mastury sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pendaftar bagi Orang Kurang Upaya berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Mei 2026. Pembatalan pelantikan 2. Pelantikan Burhanuddin bin Bachik sebagai Timbalan Ketua Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya dalam Pelantikan Timbalan Ketua Pendaftar Orang Kurang Upaya [P.U. (B) 232/2025] yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 20 Jun 2025 dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Mei 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 20(1)(b) of the Persons with Disabilities Act 2008 [Act 685], the Minister has appointed Sunarni binti Mastury as the Deputy Registrar General for Persons with Disabilites with effect from 15 May 2026. Revocation of appointment 2. The appointment of Burhanuddin bin Bachik as the Deputy Registrar General for Persons with Disabilities in the Appointment of Deputy Registrar General for Persons with Disabilities [P.U. (B) 232/2025] published in the Gazette on 20 June 2025 is revoked with effect from 15 May 2026. [JKM.PU.100-1/14/22; PN(PU2)668/JLD.4]
