- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 45(5) Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Menteri melantik panel orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai orang yang boleh diminta untuk berkhidmat sebagai ahli Lembaga Rayuan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 April 2023 hingga 31 Mac 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(5) of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Minister appoints the panel of persons named in the Schedule as the persons who may be called upon to serve as members of the Appeal Board with effect from 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2026.
