Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 45(5)
Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Menteri melantik panel orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai orang yang boleh diminta untuk berkhidmat sebagai ahli Lembaga Rayuan berkuat kuasa bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(5)
of the
Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Minister appoints the panel of persons named in column (1) of the Schedule as the persons who may be called upon to serve as members of the Appeal Board with effect for the period specified in column (2).
