- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 42 Akta Pentadbiran Undang-Undang Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1993 [Akta 505], Yang di-Pertuan Agong, atas nasihat Menteri, selepas berunding dengan Majlis, telah melantik Datuk Haji Mohd Radzi bin Haji Abd Latif sebagai Hakim Mahkamah Rayuan Syariah berkuat kuasa mulai 26 September 2025 hingga 6 Oktober 2026. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 42 of the Administration of Islamic Law (Federal Territories) Act 1993 [Act 505], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, on the advice of the Minister, after consultation with the Majlis, has appointed Datuk Haji Mohd Radzi bin Haji Abd Latif as a Judge of the Syariah Appeal Court with effect from 26 September 2025 to 6 October 2026.
