- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 22 Akta Kawalan Produk Merokok Demi Kesihatan Awam 2024 [Akta 852], Menteri melantik pegawai yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai juruanalisis bagi maksud Akta, selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat dengan Kementerian Kesihatan, berkuat kuasa mulai 1 April 2026. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Control of Smoking Products For Public Health Act 2024 [Act 852], the Minister appoints the officers named in the Schedule as analysts for the purposes of the Act, for the period the officers serve with the Ministry of Health, with effect from 1 April 2026.
