Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Control of Smoking Products
For Public Health Act 2024 [Act 852], the Minister appoints the officers named in the Schedule as analysts for the purposes of the Act, for the period the officers serve with the Ministry of Health, with effect from 1 April 2026.
