Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(1)
Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai akhlak bagi maksud Akta, selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat sebagai Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat, berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Julai 2023.

APPOINTMENT OF PROBATION OFFICERS
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(1)
of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints the Social Welfare Officers named in the Schedule as probation officers for the purposes of the Act, for the period the officers serve as Social Welfare Officers, with effect from 15 July 2023.
