Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(1)
Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai akhlak bagi maksud Akta, selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat sebagai Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat, berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2025.

Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints the Social Welfare Officers named in the Schedule as probation officers for the purposes of the Act, for the period the officers serve as
