PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(1)

Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai pegawai akhlak bagi maksud Akta, selama tempoh pegawai itu berkhidmat sebagai Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat, berkuat kuasa mulai 24 September 2026.
