- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 5(1) Akta Dadah Berbahaya (Langkah-Langkah Pencegahan Khas) 1985 [Akta 316], Menteri melantik pegawai yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pegawai Siasatan bagi maksud Akta itu berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Ogos 2017.
