- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 8(1) Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri melantik Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pelindung bagi maksud Akta, selama tempoh Pegawai itu berkhidmat sebagai Pegawai Kebajikan Masyarakat, berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Oktober 2023. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 8(1) of the Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister appoints the Social Welfare Officers named in the Schedule as Protectors for the purposes of the Act, for the period the Officers serve as Social Welfare Officers, with effect from 15 October 2023.
