Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik Azhaniz Teh bin Azman Teh menjadi Pengerusi dan Nik Nasimah binti
Nik Mohamad menjadi Timbalan Pengerusi Lembaga Rayuan bagi tempoh mulai 1 Jun 2024 hingga 31 Mei 2027.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN AND DEPUTY CHAIRMAN OF THE APPEAL BOARD
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 45(4)
of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints Azhaniz Teh bin Azman Teh to be the Chairman and Nik Nasimah binti
Nik Mohamad to be the Deputy Chairman of the Appeal Board for the period from 1 June 2024 to 31 May 2027.
