PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2) Akta Perhubungan
Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik P. Iruthayaraj a/l
D. Pappusamy sebagai Pengerusi suatu Bahagian Mahkamah Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai 11 Ogos 2011 hingga 16 September 2013.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF A DIVISION OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2) of the Industrial
Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints P. Iruthayaraj a/l
D. Pappusamy as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court with effect from 11 August 2011 to 16 September 2013.
