APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF A DIVISION OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2)
of the
Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court with effect from the date or for the period specified in column (2) as specified against their respective names.
