Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2)
Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pengerusi suatu Bahagian Mahkamah Perusahaan bagi tempoh mulai 17 Oktober 2022 hingga 16 Oktober 2024.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF A DIVISION OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2)
of the
Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints the persons named in the Schedule as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court for the period from 17 October 2022 to 16 October 2024.
