PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2)
Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai Pengerusi suatu Bahagian Mahkamah
Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh atau bagi tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF A DIVISION OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2)
of the
Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court with effect from the date or for the periods specified in column (2).
