Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2)
Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pengerusi suatu Bahagian Mahkamah Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai 1 Mac 2024 hingga 29 Februari 2028.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF A DIVISION OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2)
of the
Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints the persons named in the Schedule as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court with effect from 1 March 2024 to 29 February 2028.
