PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2)
Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual sebagai Pengerusi suatu Bahagian Mahkamah
Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai 13 Februari 2024 hingga 12 Februari 2028.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2)

Act 1967
[Act 177], the
Yang di-Pertuan
Agong appoints the persons named in the Schedule as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court with effect from 13 February 2024 to 12 February 2028.
