Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2)
Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik
Ahmad Razif bin Mohd Sidek sebagai Pengerusi suatu Bahagian Mahkamah Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Januari 2025 hingga 14 Januari 2027.

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF A DIVISION OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2)
of the
Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints
Ahmad Razif bin Mohd Sidek as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court with effect from 15 January 2025 to 14 January 2027.
