Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 23(2)
Akta Perhubungan Perusahaan 1967 [Akta 177], Yang di-Pertuan Agong melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual sebagai Pengerusi suatu Bahagian
Mahkamah Perusahaan berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2).

APPOINTMENT OF CHAIRMAN OF A DIVISION OF THE INDUSTRIAL COURT
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 23(2)
of the
Industrial Relations Act 1967 [Act 177], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong appoints the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule as the Chairman of a Division of the Industrial Court with effect from the dates as specified in column (2).
