- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 47(1) Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010 [Akta 709], Menteri telah melantik Shariffah Rashidah binti Syed Othman sebagai Pesuruhjaya Perlindungan Data Peribadi berkuat kuasa mulai 3 September 2025. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 47(1) of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 [Act 709], the Minister has appointed Shariffah Rashidah binti Syed Othman as the Personal Data Protection Commissioner with effect from 3 September 2025. [PDP. (S) 500-4/2/4 (37); PN(PU2)712/JLD.4]
