Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 376(3)
Kanun Tatacara Jenayah [Akta 593], Pendakwa Raya Malaysia telah melantik orang yang dinamakan dalam Jadual menjadi Timbalan Pendakwa Raya berkuat kuasa mulai 17 Disember 2024.

Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 376(3)
of the
Criminal Procedure Code [Act 593], the Public Prosecutor of Malaysia has appointed the persons named in the Schedule to be Deputy Public Prosecutors with effect from 17 December 2024.
