  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Kota Lama Kiri mengikut pemberitahuan No. 946 yang disiarkan pada 26 Ogos 1954 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Rizab Melayu.

REVOCATION OF THE KOTA LAMA KIRI TO BE A MALAY RESERVATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak with the approval of the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the areas described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Kota Lama Kiri Malay Reservations vide

Notification No. 946 published on 26 August 1954 in the Federated Malay

States Government Gazette shall cease to be a Malay Reservation.

The area of approximately 1.16 hectares in the Mukim of Kota Lama Kiri

District of Kuala Kangsar, outlined in grey on P.W. 1517 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey Perak, Ipoh.
